Based in the Peak District Kinder Pet Adventures is a professional Home Boarding, Dog Walking and home pet visits service that covers Hayfield, New Mills, Chinley, Chapel en le Frith and all the surrounding villages.
I provide a tailored service offering you a peace of mind that your beloved pets will be well cared for.
I will Home Board in your home to save your pet any upheaval or upset.
Pet visits can be for your beloved cats, fish, chickens etc whilst your away. I am happy to accommodate your requirements to suit your needs.
I am fully liability insured and enhanced DBS checked.

Long fun adventurous hikes tailored to your dogs needs.
Walks are tailored to your dogs needs. Just like your dog, I enjoy variety and adventure, so I will be exploring the hills, the valleys and the woodlands in the Peak District.
Home boarding will be in the comfort of your own home so you beloved pet feel comfortable and relaxed.
Your dog will get two good walks a day. With me looking after your pet at your home it doubles up as security for your house. I will also on your return make sure you have a few essentials like milk and bread waiting for you. I am more than happy to water your plants and bring in your mail.
Home pet visits will consist of me visiting your beloved pet at home. I can feed and refill water bowls. I am more than happy to give medications and clean out the cat litter tray.

For dogs that are less adventurous we offer shorter walks and socialisation.
All walks are to your specifications and requests.
Collecting your dog from home and taking him to the countryside or simply spending time with them if they are home alone for the day. I am happy to accommodate you and your pets requirements.

Mick Downs
Originally a City & Guilds professional chef for 33 years I've always loved being in the great outdoors. Whether it's hiking, mountain biking, paddle boarding or fell running I'm constantly exploring the outstanding countryside both local and further afield.
I have over 30 years dog walking experience and until recently I've always had a dog companion.
During lockdown I began walking dogs for elderly and self isolating neighbours on a voluntary basis and realised that this is what I love doing.

I understand that every dog is different and has different needs. I will visit you and your dog to discuss exactly what you and your dog need and answer all your questions. I can tailor walks to suit you and your dogs requirements.
Care for your animals in their own home.
From a small pet to a small holding, we offer a variety of services based around your animals needs. If you are at work all day or away, we can offer guaranteed home visits to ensure that feeding takes place when needed.
As part of the service, we can also water plants and ensure that your property is secure.
I am fully insured and DBS security checked and full business insurance for your piece of mind.
If you are planning a holiday or a business trip and do not want to put your pets into kennels or a cattery or have rabbits, “small furries”, birds or reptiles, then I can help.
Home Boarding Service
If you are worried about leaving your pets in a kennel or cattery whilst you are away on holiday I am delighted to offer a professional and reliable pet sitting service.
Whilst you are away I will move into your home providing care and companionship for your animals for the full duration of your holiday. I believe this reduces unnecessary anxieties pets experience when staying in unfamiliar surroundings.
Owners have the peace of mind knowing that their pets are in their own safe and secure environment whilst they cannot be there. I will ensure that your pets usual routines are maintained such as regular walks, feeds, medications and not forgetting all the love and attention the so rightly deserve.
Whilst caring for your animals I will be on hand to bring in the post and deliveries, water the flowers and to open and close the blinds daily.
I will supply my own food, drinks, bedding and towels.
Only with your prior permission will I use any appliance within your home.

We can provide monthly invoices for regular customers or you can pay as you go.
I will be available 5 days a week Monday to Friday
Bank Holidays are available at double time
Home Boarding is available all year round.
Cancellations need to be made 24 hours prior to the booking. Unfortunately I will have to charge for the cost for cancellation less than 24 hours. I hope you understand why I have to do this.
I will walk no more than two dogs unless from the same household.
I am happy to tailor walks to your requirements. Please feel free to contact me to discuss further.
One to One individual walks £23.00 per hour
1 hour walk £15.00
1 hour walk 2 dogs same house hold £25.00
Weekend and Bank Holiday walks available at double time.
Home Boarding including 2 x daily walks 30 minutes and all related tasks.
Extra dog walks available at £10.00 per hour per dog.
£42.50 per 24 hours for one dog.
£75 per 24 hours for two dogs.
Please contact me for prices on three plus dogs.
£2 per dog per hour over the 24 hour period.
Bank holidays extra £15.00 dog per day.
Cat feeds ( same household ) @ £5 per feed. This will include all related task.
I would require a deposit of 25% to confirm booking.
A minimum cancellation period of 4 weeks would be required.
Home Pet Visits £12 for up to 30 minutes
Includes feeding, medications administration, cuddles and quality time.
Additional pets from the same household an extra £6.
Double time applies for Bank Holidays.
